i guess it was my fault. i gave in and tried one of the pizza places that litters my apart with their propaganda. i thought, hey, let's try something new, maybe we'll stumble onto something good. THIS PLACE SUCKED!!

first off, it took them almost 2 hours to deliever a pizza at 8 PM on a monday night. that's ridiculous! they didn't even know where my place was. i told them the cross street, paker, and they didn't know where it was. what's it near, the guy asked, i said well, it's near presidio but down about 10 blocks further towards the ocean. he said he knew where it was.

we called them after an hour and 20 min and the guy said sorry, there's only one driver tonight. it should be there in 10 min. 20 minutes later the driver called and said he can't find our apartment on presidio. i told him no, it's parker! and when i told the guy it's ridiculous that we waited an hour and a half for pizza, the guy's response was "so?" i was like, "so??!!! so i'll never order pizza from your crappy place ever again!" there were many hungry people so we decided to go ahead and take the pizza instead of sending him away like i wanted to do.

i mean, if you're gonna put that crap in our entry-way, at least know where the hell we live!!

now, to the pizza:
we decided to take a chance and order a "chicago style" pizza. of course we know it's no zacharys or little star, but we thought we'd try something new. this thing was nowhere close to chicago style!! the pizza was flat as a board except for the crust, which was about a quarter of the entire slice. the crust was cheese filled, which sounded interesting, but when the crust is twice as high and fat as the dough underneath, taking up 1/4 of the slice, while there's barely any cheese and sauce on the thin pie itself, forget about it!!!

yeah, it was the worst pizza experince i've had in the city. i hope no one else gets rooked.
