So the wordz out that there some pizza store where the guy actually hauls out some NYC water over to make his pizza in SF. Is this an urban myth or what?! Or is there any truth to that matter?

Traffic, air quality, less people, a calmer lifestyle, more nature, a lot of beaches, more rural but much more expensive out here.
